Nuffield Australia conferencesThe Nuffield Australia Board has been considering the optimum format for our ‘National Conference’ in recent years. After evaluating various arrangements it was decided to streamline the old format, merging successful elements and rebranding the events as:

Preliminary information about the 2012 Autumn Tour: Resting high on the Northern Tablelands, Armidale is the most cosmopolitan city in New South Wales outside Sydney and has a unique blend of culture and natural beauty. Major industries include agriculture, education and information technology. At this Autumn Tour, eight Nuffield Scholars will present their study findings at the prestigious University of New England (UNE). The Autumn Tour Dinner will also be held at the Booloominbah Collection, a grand mansion housed within the homestead at UNE. Visits include research facilities at UNE, Mt William Farm, Top of the Range Tomato Farm, Walcha Dairy and Eastview Estate winery and micro-brewery.
